Ordering Process

At the present time, no web orders (i.e. credit cards) will be taken from this website. Please direct all orders via email or telephone to the Administrator, Joni. OR, you can attend an Onisha Artworks Jewellry House Party to view, choose and purchase the creations of your choice immediately.

After a review of your order, you will be sent a confirmation email before we process your payment and ship your order.

 

Payment

All prices are in CANADIAN DOLLARS $.

 

I accept cash (only in person) & personal cheques ($30 fee for all bad/bounced cheques)

Delivery

REGULAR PARCEL - $6 CDN

(Delivery within Canada or to the United States takes 4-10 business days depending on your proximity to our shipping point, which is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.)

 

X-PRESSPOST - $9 CDN

(Delivery takes 1-2 days in Canada, and 3-5 business days to the United States.)

 

Note that orders from Hawaii, Alaska, Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories, will be added an extra $6 delivery fee for fuel surcharge, to the delivery fees above.

 

Delivery Confirmation & Insurance

 

Every shipment includes delivery confirmation and insurance. Once delivery confirmation at the destination is received, Onisha Artworks is not responsible for any lost items or damages to the products, nor for damages incurred uring transit with the postal system.

 

Packaging

 

Each item is carefully wrapped in a cotton lined gift box tied with ribbon.

 

International Clients

 

We are sorry, no orders are accepted Internationally until payment processes can be in place based on demand. So please let me know if you are interested!

 

 

 

Refund & Return Policy

Although we hope you love the piece you buy, we do understand sometimes it is not quite as you expected it to be. Please contact me within 30 days of receipt of product and explain the problem. Place the item in the same packaging as you received it and return by mail. Delivery cost is your expense.

All custom made orders will not be accepted for return or refund due to the nature of the creation. It was made for you!

 

To minimize the hassle of returns, please make sure you are aware of the dimensions of the product you choose. We can email more photos of your custom made product if you require before you decide to purchase the item. Please be as specific and as descriptive as possible with your requests to ensure mutual understanding.

 

What if my item breaks?

 

If your reason for return is due to a breakage problem, please contact me before sending the product back. you will receive a Return Authorization Code, which needs to be included with your return. Include all faulty parts in the original wrapping and send via shipping with tracking. Upon inspection, if the problem is due to faulty parts, I will fix your item and deliver it back to you free of charge. If the problem is due to neglect and excessive force, I will charge $20 for labour and parts.

 

Note that returns for faulty parts will not be accepted past SIX MONTHS of the date of purchase. ALL types of jewelry will undergo natural wear and tear when worn continuously, and proper handling of the item is left to the responsibility of the wearer. See Care and Storage for some tips!
